Our APIs help you to connect your website or application to our products. You can integrate SMS, Conversational Channels Voice, and also Payments, and all our other products. Besides our APIs we offer SDKs to help you off to a quick start.
First, you will need to create a free account on our website. This account will give you access to your CM.com API key. All requests require a product token, which you can find in the Messaging Gateway App.
In the Channels app, you can request access to Conversational Channels such as WhatsApp and Apple Business Chat.
If you want to request access to Viber and Telegram we have to request an API key for you. Please contact us via our contact form so we can request your key for you.

All Voice requests require a product token or API key in order to authenticate yourself. You can find your API key under API Settings in the Voice Management App.
To access the Voice Management app, you need a paid CM.com platform account.
